Bank Mortgage

If you hold a mortgage with one of the main New Zealand banks, EECA the government department responsible for Energy Efficiency has a number of agreements with banks that could help you have the cost of insulating your home added to your mortgage. This would be paid back with interest over the term of your mortgage.  All of these banks have agreed to waive associated fees.

How to apply

  2. Then all you need to do is take the quote to your bank and discuss the options for adding it on to your existing mortgage.
