Southland Warm Homes Trust have from time to time provided finance towards families in financial hardship, who are unable to pay for their remaining insulation and heating costs after the subsidy is applied.
The following form allows the trust to make a decision, please note the more information provided the better, its preferred that this form is completed by an agency or social services who is working with the family who supports their application.
