The Warmer Kiwi Homes Grant has been expanded — meaning up to 300,000 more households can now get a helping hand to make their homes warmer, drier and more energy-efficient. The rules have recently changed so more middle-income households now qualify for a 50% insulation or heating grant where previously there was nothing available.
